Super heat-resistant polyimide film has a polyimide thermoplastic layer implemented to both basic polyimide film coatings. It is used on lightweight print circuit boards with two layers. Flexible print circuit boards with two layers can be tuned than conventional three-layer boards, and have good fit and impact resistance. This provides excellent mechanical properties over a wide range of temperatures. This even exhibits high tensile strength and modulus, and also has remarkable longer heat resistance.
