The entire transaction was valued at US$ 4.6 billion, including US$ 1.8 billion in Advanced Disposals net debt. The deal expanded the company's presence in 16 states in the eastern part of the United States, which gave the organization access to about 3 million potential commercial, retail, and residential clients for the purpose of providing differentiated, integrated recycling and disposal services.


•  In May 2019, the organization entered an alliance of more than 3,780 companies, investors, federal institutions, universities, and religious organizations dedicated to climate protection and the Paris Agreement. • Suez and A2A signed a Memorandum of Understanding in October 2020 to become Italy's biggest hazardous waste player. The plant is expected to handle non-recyclable post-consumer waste at a rate of 400 KT per year and generate 49 megawatts of low-carbon energy, far enough to fuel about 95,000 households.


• The organization announced the purchase of Simply Waste Solutions, a pioneering I&C waste collection business headquartered in the South of England, in October 2020. For a total of US$ 45 million, the corporation purchased a 100 percent stake in Camo Ltd, which operates under the Simply Waste name.
